7cm multiloculated cyst

Hello, I’ve just stumbled across your site whilst trying to find some info. Be good to chat to someone. In November the found a 7cm simple cyst on my ovary. They were just monitoring it. I’ve now had ultrasound scans x 2 and mri plus the CA125 blood test. That cane back negative. Thank goodness! Waiting results on others though. They say it’s now changed and is now a complex 7cm multiloculated cyst on left ovary, and I also have blood in Fallopian tube, theyve also mentioned a haematosalpix and adenomyosis - are these things I need to worry about? My iron and Ferritin (?)  levels are low too (even though I take pharmaton daily and have done for 12 months). Are these things I need to mention to the consultant? I’m going to Hosp tomorrow. Any advice greatfulky received. Thanks.

  • Hello JoyV0611,

I just wanted to drop by and welcome you to the forum.

How did your hospital appointment go yesterday? Did you find out anything new?

We've had numerous threads recently on the subject of multiloculated cysts and complex ovarian cysts as for example here. I would also suggest you read [@Rachi40]‍ 's thread here and respond if you wish.

I don't think it would do any harm to mention discuss your iron levels with your consultant so don't hesitate to bring it up if you haven't had a chance to do it already.

I hope you get some answers soon.

    Best wishes,
