So i posted on here a few days ago that i was scared i had a brain tumour. 

Since then a lump has appeared above my ear, i noticed it last night and im really worried..its like an inch wide and you can tell its there when you touch my head! I did the worst thing and googled this and now im petrified 

the lump has cause some hearing loss kind of like when you have a blocked ear or an ear infection, it didnt hurt until i started fiddling with it but not it hurts and wont go away....should i be worried
