I have an appointment on May 3rd at 11.15 am at the hospital, but have lost my appintments letter and don't kinow which department I have to go to. How do I get a copy of my appointment letter
Hiya. Alternatively you could ring the hospital and they should be able to find you from your NHS number (if you have it) or even just from your full name and address. Have been in that position before and they sorted me out! Annie
