Hi remember I don't know for sure but you could be having a bad migrane my wife used to have them all most daily we tried all sorts of things in the end it was cafene, no more ordinary coffee, no chocolate within two days it was gone, yours might have something different some people it's dairy food, some it's some smells or noise. Try not having something for a few days and see what happens best wishes.

I really do hope its just migraines tbh. Everyone had told me that if they thought it was a brain tumour they would have kept me in when they found out but im so panicky about stuff

it sounds like migraines too, I have them and often get the ice pick effect which is like stabbing pains.

There are medications that can really help with the pain, and try and keep a diary of what you eat/drink/ stress/ periods as these can all be triggers.If you can identify the triggers,you can manage the headaches better.

Everyone is saying its migraines and i really hope it is ill keep a journel of stuff im eating before i go see the neurologist, im also over weight which i know can cause issues with migraines 

Hi not eating or drinking certain things for three or more days see if any difference.

Do you by any chance know if migraines make your head sensitive to touch or painful when you touch it?

Hi Mary yes it can when my wife was having a good one she couldn't bear any one to touch her head even herself.

Even when theres no pain there i still cant touch my head for a while cause its so sore x

Hi Mary yes the wife says it still hurts when touched when pain gone. Wife said it was like having a band round her head trying to crush it.
