About 8 months ago I had a skin blemish removed which was cancerous. I now have to be very careful as I'm advised it could return, although it's not entirely been eradicated. 

I've had bug-like symptoms for a while, and a chest infection, for which I've had antibiotics. The chest infection persists, and I'm wondering (worrying) if they could be linked I.e. the cancer could have spread to the lungs?
