You're more than welcome to give our cancer nurses a call about this on 0808 800 4040 (lines open Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m) but ultimately your consultant will be the one to answer any questions and advise you.

You can find other discussions on the forum about this using the 'search forum' option in the blue bar above but in the meantime try to distract yourself and stay busy if you can. I know that's much easier said than done when worries such as these are playing on your mind but you won't be able to find out more until the results of the scan come back.

I'll have my fingers crossed this turns out to be harmless.
