Mass found on ultrasound but low ca125

Hi,

I had an ultra sound and was told I had a mass on my left ovary and some fluid, I also had bloods done and when I saw the consultant today she said my ca125 was only 6.

She said they would dicuss in a meeting what to do next as the mass on the scan looks solid. I feel like I didn't really get any answers and am not sure what happens next.

Has anyone had a similar experience to this, does a low ca125 mean it's definitely not cancer. What is the normal course of action they take with these results.

Many thanks for any advice
