Hi, just to update.  A lump has been found on her small bowel and she has to go for an endoscopy and biopsy on Monday.  The doctor seemed very positive, but I'm really worried and scared of what will happen as she is in her 80's and also has kidney disease. 

Mam is getting the results of a biopsy tomorrow after ct scan. We are worried sick as my uncle died of bowel cancer.  Not that I'm finding this forum very supportive.

My mum is waiting for her appointment through the post for her colonoscopy and CT scan as she is being tested for bowel cancer. 

I have my fingers crossed for you and your mam getting the results from the biopsy.

I noticed you were hoping to get in touch with Nerak3. Unfortunately they haven't been on the forum since May 2019 so you may not get to find out how their mam is.

I really hope that won't be the case but if you don't hear back from them, you could try reaching out to others on more recent discussions about this as it will improve your chances of getting a reply.

Hi, it turned out to be benign, but she had to have major surgery because of other issues it caused,  she fully recovered but now has difficulty walking and needs aids and a wheelchair after catching covid
