Hi, glad I could help as I know how scary the wait is!

I had both mine surgically removed under general anaesthetic but I was also offered local anaesthetic if I wanted to stay awake! My consultant was amazing but I do know some doctors leave them alone if they're not concerned and don't always offer surgery!

I love this post! I have an ultrasound appointment tommorow and I am petrified!! But like you i have had previously had harmless lumps before (one I still have now) .. however i did have another removed though it was a benign non-cancerous lump (i just werent comfortable with a lump in my breast) For this one, I am really hoping and praying as it feels really different.. But thank you for your post! I was so happy to come across it!

2019! Still here, still got lumpy boobs. It's bizarre, i have one normal boob and one that is like a sock full of marbles. I have resigned myself to this. Although i still get  anything new checked. Think i have been the clinic 5 or 6 times now. Anyway, i'm sure all will be fine. Let us know how you get on. Good luck x

So I went to the appointment tonight, had the ultrasound and i'm pleased to say I had a cyst that got drained there and then. However, the doctor did find something they believe to be a harmless benign in my left breast. In which I'll be having biopsy in a few weeks- will up date you! IHonestly, I am just so thankful and pleased! Thank you again and speak soon :) ! xx

Hi, sorry to just reply to you I didn't know how to make a new post. I've just literally last night found a soft lump in the very ride hand side of my breast. It's round and I can move it and from what I've read is a good thing. I'm a absolutely petrified. I will be contacting the doctors on Monday morning first thing. I'm 28 with two small boys who are 2 and 6. I'm trying to think positively that it's a cyst but I'm so scared! 

Hello I'm having the same problem as you was wondering your out come x

I had a biopsy which I'm not going to lie, hurt and still hurts when I'm due on. Thankfully it was something called fibroadenoma. I actually found a 2nd lump 2 years after the 1st and that was just a lump as Iv lumpy breasts. I know it's easier said than done but dnt worry x

Glade it wasn't cancer, I've got my appointment Saturday I pray it's not cancer. Making me feel sick just thinking about it x
