Symptoms Query?

Hello,

I feel as though I am intruding as I do not have any of these illnesses, yet wanted to know opinions on my debilitating symptoms which the doctors are fobbing me off for. My mother had Hodgkin's Lymphoma at the same age as myself (19).

I have severe chest pain, back pain, shortness of breath, chest tightness/pressure; all made worse by lying flat. I have had a dry cough for a year, throat/neck stabbing pain, hypotension and tachycardia issues. I have lightheadedness, nausea and gut issues. It really seems like I have the full works, but my faily functioning is impacted and I feel ill everyday. I get chronic hives and strange itchy skin, I have never had this before. This is all since becoming ill with a bad virus last year, I have not been the same since.

I have had the EBV virus and know this is considered a risk factor, and also taken two contraceptive pills. I am seeing cardiologists yet do not know if this is the right route. I have had an abdominal ultrasound, endoscopy, chest xrays and blood tests which are all normal. I don't know if I need another type of scan or test, but I feel something is being missed entirely. I take beta blockers each day to sort out the tachycardia, yet sometimes it does not work & in general, all other issues remain.

Any advice would be appreciated.
