My boyfriend of 35  has been off colour for over a week. No cough, tired, aching and very nasally. Yesterday he coughed up what looked like a large blood clot, he has before then coughed up a blood tinged phlem but nothing like this. He has been blowing his nose a lot, to be too much!  He also is having night sweats not sure if this is to do with the hot toddies. He gave up smoking a year ago but has ecigs. He went to the doctors today and they examined him and did blood tests and sent him for an xray. So we now have to wait. I am so worried and the waiting will be awful. His GP wrote on his notes SOB and NAD. If it had just been an infection or bronchitis or something would the doctor not have know that stratight away?

I know I shouldnt but I keep googling!!
