Hi, I have got all the symptoms of having throat cancer, I went to c the doctor 2weeks ago he told me it was a back end of the flu I had. An not too worry about it but since then I have had swollen neck weight loss neck pain everything I eat an drink wat I try hurts my mouth I still have my cough also my voice is horsey. I feel down in my self now because I think it’s been caused through my bindge drinking an smoking I only started about 6months  a go has I was stressed in my break up an I was smoking around 10-11 a day I have since stopped again now because of all I have goin on. But now I am scared to go bk the doctors an go for tests for it all be confirmed but i darent tell my family about it
