I am 55 not yet had 12months free of periods x had pe just under 2years ago a cyst was found overies and womb lining thickend had biopsy on womb lining and a polyp removed  Dec 2017  came back negative and clear.

Due to heavy bleed Jan 2019 went to gp referred me to gynacologist got appointment 01/02/19 cyst had grown and womb lining thickend even more possibility of an underlining cancer was mentioned after asking. Ct scan at pre op done 6/02/19 ct scan 20/02/19 now 5 weeks later still not heard anything re results or operation is this normal have rang consultants secretary several times goes to answer machine left details and no one has got back
