Hi, i'm 32 a mummy to 4 young children.  12, 9,8 and 4 and I'm a little worried. I was wandering if anyone ever experienced anything similar. I was in the shower about 6 weeks ago and washed my armpits, my left arm pit/side of breast hurt like there was a bruise, came out of no where. Well since then I've noticed some swelling in my lymph nodes and have been experiencing pain in that area and my nipple area. I saw a gp who has referred me to the breast clinic. She said my left breast was lumpier than my right. (Left being the one causing me problems) also when i lay on my left side it feels like im laying on something in my breast but i can't feel anything when i check, it also feels like im laying on something in that breast when i lay on my front. Also if i press my armpit where its tender it sends shooting pains into my nipple then my entire breast hurts for ages. I've been experiencing pain and discomfort in both breast and armpit for about 6 weeks. We have breast cancer in the family. Anyone experience this? I have my appointment next week just wanted to see if anyone had anything like this as i don't have a lump. Thanks x
