Swollen lymph nodes in neck and groin

Hi, roughly about 10 years ago when I was about 11 I found a lump in my neck, I ended up going to the hospital and getting a blood test but it came back ok, since then I have multiple swollen lymph nodes in my neck, groin and leg there is between 10-20 of them, as far as I'm aware I haven't had any other symptoms I do occasionally have lower back pain and a sharp pain down my legs when I do certain exercise I'm not sure if these are related in anyway, since getting tested when I was younger I have been back to the doctors a few times and they have a little look and say it's nothing to worry about but it's never been looked in to further? Is it normal to have this many swollen lymph nodes for such a long period of time and should I be worried?
