hi all,

feel like I’ve a bit of a fraud as I haven’t been diagnosed and clinging in to the hope that all the results will come back with nothing serious, but I have lump on my thyroid that scored 5 on the Ti RAD score for ultrasound and I’ve been panicking ever since having mu biopsy. .  Waiting for all my bloods and FNA results but feel so stressed, paranoid and like I’m going a little bit crazy.

Any tips on how to cope with the wait for a diagnosis?
