I am not sure if this is the right place.. but I would really appreciate it if people could tell me any symptoms they had.

Over 3 years I’ve always suffered with stomach pains and I just put it down to constipation or trapped wind so In January just gone I felt really ill vomiting, I then noticed blood in my vomit so I took myself to my doctors, straight away they sent me to hospital they then suspected a stomach ulcer. I then had a endoscopy. 

During the endoscopy they found something on there lining of my small bowel took biopsy and told it could just be Anything related to erosive duodenitis. 

After that my symptoms became a lot worse. my bowel motions were daily changing with blood and a lot of mucos in, my stools went from constipation to looser stools and diarrhoea also very thin to tarry looking. every day for the past 2 months I have noticed blood. My stomach is always flared up and my appetite has completely gone am not to sure if I have lost any weight as am always bloated.  I am now currently waiting on a colonoscopy... really scared! My nan Sadley passed with bowel cancer. 

I have had blood tests done and all came back normal I am very scared and do not no what to think.
