I can appreciate that it must be worrying for you if you don’t feel that your problems are being diagnosed properly.  Unfortunately, we cannot help you get a diagnosis. Only a doctor can diagnose you.  If you are unhappy with the way you are being looked after by your current doctor you may want to consider getting a second opinion you can find out more about this here.  Do mention that since you saw the doctor it is now starting to hurt and seems to have grown.
