Hi everyone, it is so relieving to hear your stories, I’m 19 years old and have recently had an endometrial polypectomy and hysteroscopy and biopsy as I was found to have a abnormally thick uterus lining and a polyp, I was also fitted with the coil. I was told by my doctor he is unsure whether the results will be benign, which is so scary. I’m only 19 and trying to complete uni assignments whilst worrying about my results. Is it normal to wait 3/4 weeks to hear of your results? 

Hi Maisie. So sorry you are waiting for your results and trying to complete the end of your uni year at the same time. I had my procedure done almost 4 weeks ago and still no results back. I rang today and was told they are on the consultants table! So she will look at them tomorrow and hopefully I will hear by the end of week by letter. I'm thinking no news is good news so fingers crossed for both of us we get the news we want to hear. Take care. Joanne

I had a hysteroscopy today and a small polyp removed, that and a biopsy have been sent off.
