Hey, sorry if this is long

So last week I had really bad chest pains and just ignored it as it didn't happen the next day and then on Friday night my right breast was really hurting and when i woke up Saturday I noticed there was a small lump on my breast just above my nipple, didn't really think much of it but then Sunday morning I had a lump under my armpit as well!

I went to an out of hours gp on Monday and he said there's definitely something there and told me to give it a week and come back if its still there.

About 10 minutes after being home he rang me up and said he's had a little think about it and told me he's going to write to my gp to get me on the 2 week wait, well basically my gp ended up ringing me telling me he shouldn't of done that? So now I'm having to wait a week to see if it goes! 

I've now got another lump on my armpit and the lump on my breast feels like its getting bigger and now im really worried, the lumps feel hard and don't really move much

I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone before and it turned out to be nothing? I can't help but think for the worse that its breast cancer :(
