Hi All, I am a 29 year old mother of 2. I have been going to the doctors since last October due to months of just not feeling right. I have been experiencing extreme fatigue, spotting inbetween my periods, persistent bloating, migraines, producing milk still (even though I havent breastfed since youngest was 6 ish months old and is now 2 next month) , weak arms. On top of this im now on iron tablets and sertraline for depression and anxiety. I have been having persistant bad lower back and aching tummy.  Anyway the doctor has kept sensing me for blood tests and all hormones and everything coming back normal apart from low iron. The last lot of blood tests he included the Ca125 test. This has come back raised and he has scheduled me for an emergency ultrasound which i am having on Sunday. My question is, I have the copper coil so is there a possibility that if it was to have caused an infection in my ovaries? Or is a raised CA125 always an indicator of either cancer or fibroids? Has anyone had anything similar to me? I would also like to point out that I have had nearly every symptom apart from weight loss. I have actually gained about a stone? not sure if this  makes any difference. The wait for answers is driving me a bit crazy. Thank you in advance xx
