hey, about late January I noticed that when I ate my throat and chest burnt, I had a terrible habit for about two years eating very late at night and sleeping off straight away. Until this day came when my throat and chest burnt.

went to the gp he prescribed me ppi’s Which immediately stopped the burning to my chest and throat when I ate. However I developed a sore throat off and on. Sometimes when i swallow sometimes when i speak. I have no swallow lymph nodes however I’ve had an on and off sore throat slight ear aches and minimal neck pain. 

I’m 22 I don’t know if this is something sinister. I did go through a phase of smoking for about 3 months but immediately stopped. I had terrible aniexty I’ve been to my gp twice and he’s saying it’s viral as I had a cold blocked nose ect during this period but I still have a sore throat and some ear pain???
