I’ve had very hard swollen belly for three months. Blood in wee missed periods salty taste in mouth I’ve had an ultrasound. Waiting now for more tests ? Has any one had these symptoms doctors keep saying nothing to worry about. But it’s afecting my everyday life I’m very uncomfortable and dull cramping pain tired all the time blood tests come back clear so did ultrasound
