Hi everyone.

I have recently been suffering health wise with my heart deciding to go randomly into arrhythmias and also lower back pain

But recently I also found a small round shaped hard lump off centre on the right side under my chin. 

The lump itself isn't sore but I do get pain in that area of the neck sometimes. 

Should I be worried or go see a doctor or is it just nothing. I'm not anxious about it but would rather not bother a doctor with such a small thing.
