Soaking night sweats

I am 42 I've been having drenching night sweats nearly every night for about 6 months. I also have had a red throat and a small swollen lymph nodes in my neck. I have had my bloods done and my hormones are fine and my blood count is normal. I am still worried, should I be asking my doctor to do a CT scan as I'm concerned it could possibly be lymphoma .

Hi there ..
It's just a thought but around that age I had horendious night sweats ... everything was soaked ... it was the start of my menopause ... as your bloods o.k .. it could be something like that ..
But worth telling Dr ... cover all angles... chrissie ...

Hi Chrissie
Thanks for the reply, I thought menopause so I had all my hormones checked and they have come back fine. No sign of the menopause yet . These night sweats are driving me crazy .

Worth getting it checked out then ... back to plan one ... I had then for years ... slept on a towel in the end .. even pillow soaked ... good luck hope you get answers soon ...

Thank you I will definitely be pushing it with the doctor. I too sleep on a towel, it horrendous isn't it. 5
