Scared I have Ovarian cancer that has spread

I am petrified. I have endometriosis which I’ve had surgery for. Around 2 years ago I felt pelvic pressure and got referred for a scan. The internal scan was fine. The last few weeks/ months I had my pressure quite Intense and went back to my doctor. I have another scan booked tomorrow for a internal.  I have also noticed I have a swollen cervical lymph node I am obvs expecting the worse when I got for my scan tomorrow. I’ve always been in and out of the bathroom so can’t say I’ve noticed needing the toilet more. I went to A&E last week when I noticed the swelling in my neck, doctor done a blood test and said it was fine and said he wasn’t worried about my neck. I’m so scared as cancer is my biggest fear

    Thank you for posting.  I can appreciate that it must be worrying for you. Hopefully by now you will have had your scan and it won't be long before you get some answers. 

     Unfortunately, we cannot help you get a diagnosis.  Only a doctor can diagnose you.  If you are unhappy with the way you were looked after by the doctor who saw you, you may want to consider getting a second opinion. You can find out more about this here.

    thanks Lucie. I have had my ultrasound scan and they guy said he’s seen nothing of concern and my doctor will be in touch 7-10 days. I’ve not heard from the doctor yet and had my scan Monday. I’m hoping because of this and my bloods coming back fine to be a good sign but I am going to return to the doctors as sometimes I do feel like the swelling in my neck is causing it hard to breath, I also have a little cough now too. I will go back.
