Here goes

Hi looking for advice, I’m worried I could have ovarian cancer. I’ve had irregular bleeding for a couple of years but no one seems to listen. About a month ago my doctor sent me for an ultra sound of my gallbladder after complaining of pain in that area, he said he would like to get my ovaries scanned too. So fast forward got my results back gallbladder fine but cyst found on right ovary. Said it needed to be repeated which I thought in probs 6mths or so, but nope 2 weeks later had another ultrasound and a transvaginal scan also. Spoke with doc after 10 days and he said cyst was still same size something about not seeing a space not sure what he ment, then carried on to say I had been referred too a gynaecologist and that he would do bloods to save time. I had a Ca 125 blood test. I also have pain very low in my right side like a pulling pain, pain in my shoulder blade and extremely tired. 

Am I worrying over nothing.
