I’m not sure if I have something serious. I have been having pelvic pains (pains in my ovary area) and lower back pains for over a month, within the last week the pains have become extremely painful. Iv noticed spotting inbetween my periods also I have lost my appetite and have lost a lot of weight without trying. I have been worried and have searched up the symptoms in which suggested a possibility in ovarian or cervical cancer. I am confused and unsure, I feel silly going to the doctor to ask about it as online it said that mostly women aged 25+ are affected by this and I am only 18. I was wondering if anyone can or has related to these symptoms?
