Yes, book an appointment with your surgery this morning. You may have to wait a while for the appointment so the quicker you call the better. Anything that concerns you has to be checked out if only for your own sanity to stop you worrying because you will worry until you know what it is. Most times when people find lumps its not cancer and could be any one of a hundred things but get it checked!!!
