Last night my 21 year old son came to me and asked what i thought of the lump he had found directly beneath his chin. It is protruding. Hard.  Not hurting but feels tension when stretches. It isnt either side . Directly under. I am worried and told him to phone the doctor to get it checked. I didnt show him i was worried but i am .
