I have just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Been in severe pain now for a few days. It started with me feeling drained then sick then abnormal Bowles. But this pain is worse than labour. Its very much like someone queezing each ovarie then both at the same time. I have done the hot water bottle but nothing is helping it. Been to docs today and he said hes not so worried about it for now but to watch out for a few other things. Please help Im so clue-less
