Although you're googling with good intentions, more often than not it can actually make your fears and worries worse so try to stay away from it from now on. I know that's eaiser said than done but keeping busy and distracting yourself with things you enjoy will help you more at this time.

Hopefully this information I've found about what to expect at your breast clinic appointment will help steady your nerves but I'm sure our ladies who have had similar symptoms will be along soon to offer their support and advice as well.
