Hello Loucc2019 and welcome to the forum. I suspect you have been looking up your symptoms on the internet  Please stop if you are; it is a total waste of time and just causes unnecessary worry.  The trouble is that, unlike a real doctor, they cannot ask questions, look, feel, enquire about general health, note how well or otherwise you are looking and, oh, all kinds of things.  Dr Google (as we call him or her) ought to have been struck off years ago.  S/he scrapes the bottom of the barrel and includes every illness which may, just, in some unspecified circumstances, relate to the symptoms.    I know it is tempting to look up your symptoms but as you have discovered it just raises the fear factor without doing anything useful.  Anyway, you have wisely booked an appointment with your GP and I very much hope that your worst fears are unfounded; if you wish to come back and tell us how your appointment went we would be interested to read about it - but only if you want to post again.  Best wishes.  Annie
