So I’ve recently just come back from holiday and found a 50p sized lump between my breast. It’s very painful and I’ve been having horrible chest cramps in that area for months.  I know it’s probably nothing to worry about, but I’ve just turnt 18 and just need some guidance on how to deal with getting this checked and what I need to do to be taken seriously.
