I’m in my early 20s and I’ve been having lower right abdominal pain constantly now for 3 months. 

I had an ultrasound which showed that my ovaries and Fallopian tubes looked normal. The doctor seems confused about what it could be. My abdomen right into my right hip bone aches to touch, it’s very unpleasant!

I had chlamydia about a year ago but this was treated promptly and I don’t think I hadn’t it longer than around 6 weeks. Is it possible I could have fluid on my Fallopian tubes or Pelvic inflammatory disease?

I’m not convinced that it’s a bowel problem as it’s so localized.
