Hi! This is my first time posting.

A little background... I started having abnormal bleeding in October 2018- lasted a month. I went in for an ultrasound and they found two ovarian cysts over 3cm, and a single 1.4cm hypoechoic fibroid. The specialist said to wait two months to watch the ovarian cysts. She did an endometrial biopsy that can back negative. 

I found a breast lump that I need to schedule an appointment for too- a few weeks ago.

Follow-up ultrasound results... The good news is that the ovarian cysts went away. The bad news is that after only two months. I have “at least 5 fibroids in my uterus measuring up to 2.7cm”. Is this normal? I’m worried that they grew so fast, and multiplied in a short period. I’m also worried that I have a breast lump too- that I will bring up at my OBGYN appointment next week. 

I’m going on a tropical vacation in a couple months. I do not want a hysterectomy until after my trip.
