Hi so I’ve had under active thyroid for year been on thyroxine 125mg however I’ve found a lump in my neck at front near thyroid and a small pea size lump on right hand side of neck mid way up. Last year I had a swelling in my thyroid area doctor dismissed it as bloods all normal. Today went to doctor had emergency bloods done and have a feeling of just feeling flat, not really wanting to do anything but I do not feel as bad as when I was first diagnosed with under active thyroid. 

My shoulders armpits pits and neck ache one day it’s the left the next it’s the right, also a strange ache just above inside of my elbow in both arms. My voice is a little horse but not overly and I can swallow ok too anyone had similar kind of thing?im currently sat with a hot waiter bottle on the back of my neck as it’s been aching all bloody day
