I don't know if this will help but I've always had small lumps in my groin, I got them in my twenties and also at the same time suffered pain and a sort of numbness going from my right buttock down my leg. I was worried sick and after having tests it turned out that the lumps were just glands and the pain was sciatica. I was so scared and thought the worst. I would definitely say to go to the doctors and get it checked out because until you know what's causing it you will continue to worry and that's so awful for you to have that worry. Around the same time I had a lump under my arm which even the doctor was concerned about but that too turned out to be a swollen gland too so it's not always bad news. Please make an appointment in the morning!!!
