Hi,

I have dry crusty (looks a bit scaly) skin on both nipples. I have been popping hydrocortasine cream on for a few weeks but it is still there. No redness to the areola but they do itch and ache at times.

I have a family history of breast cancer ( grandmother).

I am 48, overweight no controceptive pill, just coil for many years, dont smoke, very little alcohol per week and dont have caffeine.

I cant get a appointment with my preferred GP for 4 weeks and was just wondering if anyone could give me any personal advice as to if its a good idea to go before I can get an appointment with my preferred GP.
