Hi just wanted some advice/ feedback? 

I've been feeling ill the past 2 weeks now started with fever and swollen stomach feeling pressure and pain in the stomach. My stomach has been very itchy too. I've also been waking up wet through with sweat in the night and been feeling extremely fatigued and run down. Now I have developed a lump in the left side of my neck which is sore too and around 2 cm. I've been feeling very light headed and sick also. Could this be lymphoma or an infection?
