I've just stumbled across your post and was wondering what your outcome was if you don't mind me asking? 
I have a very similar sensation, waiting on follow-up at the breast clinic but obviously your mind goes to the worst places and you question every symptom. Since seeing the gp my breast has been tender (I thought maybe from the examination) but having this cold tingling sensation which is very strange, it's almost like a burn but feels cold?!

Hi, just wondering if you have any information that you can share please? I’m having the same sensation as the OP. Pain when I press on both breasts at the sides but only 1 breast is having the icy feeling and my neck feels swollen on the outside and hot. My nipple just has this icy sensation going through it
