Hi I’m new to the chat.

 I went to the doctors today as I have a mole on my side that measures about 6mm. It raises itself and itches then it has a scab that crusts up and falls off. I have other symptoms too. I’m always tired, I have fair skin and blonde hair with blue eyes. I’m really scared that it is skin cancer. My doctor is referring me to have photos taken of the mole. And they will be sent to the hospital for assessment. I’m also having 3 lots of bloods being taken. One of them is a fasting test. Has anyone else had anything like this. I’m so scared.

    I'm also new and 2 days ago posted a very similar story on here (if you wanted to read my full meltdown!) I saw my gp Wednesday about a risen, itchy multi-shade mole on my face. GP sent my info to hospital under red flag referral, which I'm led to believe means I'll be seen within 10 days...so here I am waiting to hear from the hospital and worried sick. Just wanted you to know you're not going through this alone, sounds like we're in the same boat xxx

    Got my blood test tomorrow morning so hopefully I will get some results in the next few days. I have had an awful few days. Finding it hard to concentrate on anything and also having real problems sleeping. I hate the waiting part it’s driving me insane.
