I just wanted to welcome you to Cancer Chat. I can imagine it is such a worrying time for you and with the Christmas and New Year break everything seems to take a little longer than usual. It won't be long though now until you find out more. I hope you won't have to wait long for your blood test results. I know it's really hard but try not let this spoil the new year celebrations for you. Many here who have been through this before will tell you that the best way to deal with this long anxious wait for results is to avoid doing too much internet research and keep busy and distracted if you can so I hope you have some nice plans for the coming days to keep your mind occupied.

Let us know how things go for you if you get a chance. We'll be keeping fingers, toes, absolutely everything crossed for you.

Thanks for the reply, my GP’s managed to get me in for my CA125 this morning, so that’s good.  Just have to wait now for results and Gynaecologist appointment.

I feel a bit better about it now and am keeping busy

Hi, I just wondered what happened after your C-125 test. You saw a gynaecologist right? Did they operate? My C-125 came back normal for a 7cm multilioculated cyst on my adnexal area but I'm still concerned because that test isn't always accurate is it? I read that the only accurate way of knowing what it is is going in there and taking it out. What did your gyn say?
