Hi,

I am a bit worried as i have a pea size lump on my testicle sack. 

It started off as what i thought was a normal spot a few weeks ago, which i kept popping trying to get rid of it.

It has now been a white-ish looking fairly large lump, which appears more white when you sqeeze it, and it also bleeds if squeezed a fair bit.

It is quite a hard surface, but painless until interfered with a few times, even then borderline no pain 

Should I be worried? It doesn't go down, and has got bigger since it started as a 'spot' a few weeks ago.

it is defo visible without having to feel. 

Could this be a cancerous lump?
