I've recently found a lump on the right side just below my ribs. I went to the doctors and he's sending me for a scan. He said it's quite big it goes under my ribs. I'm so scared I'm thinking of the worst. Could this be anything else?
Yes this is exactly how mine feels! I have it on the left hand side. It sticks out quite obviously compared to the right hand side. When I wake up in the morning it is really sore. I had an ultrasound on this area back in Nov but it definitely feels like a more obvious lump now.
Just curious, those of you that are female...have you had children? I'm wondering if my rib cage has stayed enlarged after giving birth 20 months ago. Doesn't explain the recent onset of pain though. Hmm I think I will make an appointment, so hard with Covid :(
