Hi Kerry i hope you don't mind me asking as your post was a while ago I have exactly the same problem on my right side a big lump under my rib on the bottom rib it feels bony and big can I just ask what your outcome was as I'm now waiting for a scan Thank you 

I’m similar, I have a lump on the left side of my back lower rib. It’s painless, immovable and rock hard. I was told after an ulstrasound that this was just an enlarged rib and that ‘bodies aren’t symmetrical’, but it’s only just recently painful when I breathe deeply and it’s a clear lump.

Would be great to hear anyone’s diagnosis

Hi I am the exact same to you, large immovable rock hard lump under the left rib. I have been getting slight cramping feelings around the area too! Would love to hear anyone's diagnosis also 

Hey I have exactly the same thing and only have pain sometimes. Would like to hear your diagnosis. It's quite big and literally feels like bone.
