That was for ma cervix they found one thing which a don't know what means also found changes in neck of womb so am hoping if they do need to do anything it's treatable as have a wee boy who lost his dad to lung cancer three years ago 

I hve had 3 biopsys done on throat 3weeks ago and camera down throat still waiting my results they said I can take someone with me if I want but carnt come in clinic is that good news I hve not got throat cancer ...

Yep! I had a tumour removed last year and was told results would come in writing and then they called me in but it was absolutely fine.

I'm sorry you're in the very tough period of waiting for results LisaE.

I know you were hoping to find out how Libdrew is getting on now but unfortunately they haven't been on the forum since 2019 so you may not get a reply.

If that turns out to be the case, don't hesitate to reach out to others on more active and recent discussions about this but in the meantime, we're thinking of you and will have our fingers crossed your biopsy results will bring good news when they come through.

I had a kidney biopsy 9 days ago, and no-one has told me anything.  The doctor added a note that he was referring to a haematoligist, so that may be the delay.  But sitting here waiting, and people asking me daily if I've heard or why haven't I phoned is driving me mad.  :(

I am in the same position now. I had a breast biopsy 2 weeks ago today and hadn't heard anything so called the clinic. They told me I have an appointment to discuss teh results on 18/5/23! I feel bad enough to have been waiting 2 weeks already, the thought of awaiting 2 more. I don't understand if they have the results why they cannot give them to me now. I am going out of my mind with worry. Did anyone else have to wait 2 weeks to get results? Was it good or bad news? Thanks

I hope it's good news! I am getting the same, people keep dropping texts and I know it's only because they care, but I actually don't want to talk about it! I keep thinking, what will I tell people if it's bad news...

I don't even have an appointment!  I had an unexpected overnight stay after the biopsy (my first ever overnight hospital stay!  Many firsts that day, and not in a good way), and the doctor asked when my next appointment is, and he seemed surprised I didn't have one.

I finally gave in and despite my phone-dislike (they're a very friendly team), I tried to call.  Got an abrupt message saying their mailbox is full, goodbye, and cut me off.

I guess I just wait a bit longer.
