I hope you get it sorted, I’m still waiting for my referral appointment which hopefully will come through in the next couple of weeks, I’m still bleeding but not as bad since the coil was taken out but to be bleeding from the beginning of February & still be bleeding in the middle of June something needs to be done. Have you had any scans or had the biopsy done yet ??

No not had anything done yet,  will keep you updated what happens on Tuesday. 

Hi I went through the same heavy bleeding and bleeding after sex for a couple of months and it never stopped  and this wasn’t normal for me so I had a ultrascan and it was normal then after I had a hystercopy to look at womb they took a biopsy and that came back normal they never found a reason but since I have had the Mirena coil my bleeding has calmed down .

what does a hystercopy involve? 

where you awake when they done the hystercopy? Also do they still do it if your bleeding? Bit nervous as Tuesday draws closer so want to know what i’m Letting myself in for

Yeh I was awake , and I was bleeding really heavy and they still carried on with the procedure didn’t take long those .

Hi there my problem is similar to yours I have been bleeding for four weeks losing massive clots I am 51 and going through the menopause I saw my doctor last week and now waiting for a scan just hoping it will show something up and be able to sort this out I am taking the t acid tablet and it hasn't done anything so fed up with this every day I feel weaker trying to keep strong and not worry but it's very difficult especially when I haven't really anyone to talk to about it all my family members are male !! Hope you get your problem resolved best of luck x

well after all that my doctor referred me to the wrong department so I’m no further forward. So angry. Family want me to go to A and E as i’m At my wits end but don’t want to be kept in hospital
