X ray was not good, ended up in a and e after coughing up blood all night. 

Ct scan, looks like lung cancer. Hospital  appointment Monday.

I'm so sorry to hear that the results weren't the news that you were hoping for and that you've since been to A&E. It's good to know that the hospital already has an appointment arranged for you to see the specialist, and hopefully you will have more answers on Monday.
