i found a lump in my arm, gp did an examination and did a 2ww referral for suspected sarcoma. I have a firm 3x2cm lump palpable in the posterior aspect of the proximal humerus it is not tethered to the skin but appears to be involving the deeper muscle tissue, I have had mri scan which the registrar phoned me the day after and said the lump has concerning characteristics and that she has referred me to a sarcoma clinic. 

the day after I got a call from the sarcoma specialist nurse at the hospital who introduced herself and her colleague and provided me with a direct number for them both. She advised that the mdt had decided to do an ultrasound assisted biopsy after 8 days I had the biopsy the radiologist said the ultrasound he did before the biopsy showed a tumour with early signs of malignancy but that he wasn't worried. day 9 waiting for biopsy
